What banks do you support?

We support virtually any bank statement PDF, including text-based and image-based PDFs, in any language. If yours does not convert as expected, contact support via chat and we'll tune our pipeline for your statement format.

What file format is the output?

Accepted Answer

XLSX (Excel) or CSV. If you need a different format, contact support via chat and mention the file type and the software you'll use it with, so we can consider adding it.

What column format is the output?

Accepted Answer

Each transaction row is normalized to 3 columns: Date, Description, and Amount. Debits are negative; credits are positive. This format imports cleanly into most financial software.

Can you parse any currency format?

Yes, we can parse any format. For example, but not limited to, 1,234.56, 1.234,56, 1 234,56. We can reliably parse any variation too, such as those containing a currency symbol, negative sign, parentheses, & more.

Can you parse statements in any language?

Yes, we can parse bank statements in any language.

Are there any file size or quantity limits?

Yes. You can upload up to 12 bank statement PDFs at the same time, each up to 10 MB.

Do you offer an API?

Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. If an API would help you, please contact support via chat to briefly mention your use case, so we can best support it, and we'll let you know when it is available.

How fast is the conversion?

Most 1-3 page statements convert in ~5-7 seconds. PDFs with more pages or low-resolution may take a bit longer.

Can I convert a scanned image of a bank statement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support image-based PDFs, in addition to regular text PDFs. If your file is an image (JPG, PNG, TIFF, etc.) and not a PDF, first turn it into a PDF: On Windows, right-click the image → Print → Microsoft Print to PDF. On macOS, open in Preview → File → Export as PDF. After creating the PDF, you can upload it like any other statement.

How secure is my data?

Very secure. Our host and database provider are SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, we use industry-standard encryption to protect statements in transit, and statements are automatically deleted on a recurring basis—every 72 hours currently.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor Polar, which is based on Stripe Inc., ensuring your payment details remains secure.

Question 12

How can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time in your dashboard via the "Manage Plan" link. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle date. Cancellations prevent future charges, while allowing you to use your remaining plan allowance until the end of your current billing cycle.
