Pending Transaction
A pending transaction is an authorized payment that has not yet been posted to your account. It temporarily reduces your available balance but is not final.
Pending transactions can change or drop off if the merchant does not complete settlement. They become posted once the bank fully processes the transaction and assigns a posting date.
